Our Programs
Child and Youth care
Family Living and Wellbeing
We provide trauma-informed child and youth care services for individuals ages 0-24 and under who need support with social, behavioural, and emotional challenges.
Our program offers a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children and youth feel heard, valued, and supported. Through personalized care, cultural connection, and meaningful relationships, we help each young person build confidence, stability, and a sense of belonging.
Our Family Living Program is designed to help preserve and restore the important bond between children and their families. We focus on addressing the challenges that led, or may lead, to separation and support families in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing home for them and their children. Our goal is to help families achieve stability in their living situation, health, finances and overall functioning.
Through individualized plans, we connect families with essential supports such as counselling, therapy, parenting education, and substance use treatment. We help parents build practical skills in parenting, household management, and conflict resolution so they can provide effective care and a healthy home environment.
We also provide gradual transition planning, ongoing support, and continued monitoring to help families manage challenges as they arise. By working closely with child welfare agencies, community organizations, and other partners, we ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to family well-being.
